At the invitation of President Ilham Aliyev, Party General Secretary To Lam and his spouse are paying a state visit to Azerbaijan on May 7 – 8, the first visit at General Secretary level since diplomatic ties were established in 1992, marking the highest-level exchange in a decade and advancing bilateral relations to a new height.
