Billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong will contribute an addition of more than 87.5 million Vingroup shares to the VinSpeed High-Speed Rail Investment and Development JSC, which was established to register to invest in the North-South Expressway project.

Accelerating construction of North-South Expressway

The 13th National Party Congress has set goals to develop 3,000 km of expressways nationwide by 2025 and 5,000 km by 2030. The Prime Minister has directed ministries, sectors, and localities to actively advance efforts to expedite the North-South Expressway’s completion.
