Nearly 50,000 brand tags, traceability stamps provided for Sao Mai clean mushrooms

The provincial Farmers’ Union supported the registration and printing of the electronic stamps for Sao Mai Clean Mushroom Cooperation Group to stick on products of its member households.

The Farmers’ Unions of Hai Duong province and Nam Sach district jointly handed over nearly 50,000 brand tags and electronic stamps for product traceability to Sao Mai Clean Mushroom Cooperation Group, represented by Nguyen Van Cham in Dot Tren hamlet, Nam Tan commune, on November 8 afternoon.

The provincial Farmers’ Union supported the registration and printing of the electronic stamps which contain an authentication code (QR code) for Sao Mai Clean Mushroom Cooperation Group to stick on products of its member households.

The stamps include encrypted information about the products, which will appear when QR code scanning software or applications is used.

Sao Mai Clean Mushroom Cooperation Group has 18 60m2 mushroom growing houses with 100 kg of mushrooms being the highest daily output. Hai Duong province and Ha Noi are the main consumption markets.
