Coma 18 JSC to invest nearly 348 billion VND in building North–South road’s section through Kim Thanh industrial park
Coma 18 JSC. will build the North–South road’s section through Kim Thanh industrial park in Hai Phong city with nearly 348 billion VND.
Coma 18 JSC. will build part of the North–South road, from km 65 + 700 of national highway 5, through Kim Thanh industrial park, to the residential area of Bo Ho hamlet, Vu Dung commune, now Lai Vu commune, Hai Phong city. The total length of the section is approximately 2 km.
The road will be 60 m wide, including two 11-m-wide main carriageways, two 9-m-wide frontage roads, a central median, sidewalks, a drainage system, traffic safety facilities, greenery, lighting, and more. The project will occupy nearly 12 ha of land in Lai Vu commune.
Total investment amounts to nearly 348 billion VND, sourced entirely from Coma 18's legitimate capital.
The project is divided into two phases. Phase 1 (2025 – 2026) involves site clearance and construction of the section from national highway 5 to the end of Kim Thanh industrial park, with a total length of around 1.028 km.
This phase includes the construction of the main road, 24 m wide, and a junction with national highway 5.
Phase 2 (2027 – 2028) comprises site clearance for the remaining section and completion of the road as planned with a 60-m cross-section, intersections, drainage, traffic safety systems, greenery, and lighting.
Once completed, the road will connect the internal transport infrastructure of the industrial park with national highway 5 and other roads, facilitating movement and cargo transport in and out of the park. It will also enhance traffic safety and contribute to the local socio-economic development.
Coma 18 JSC. is also the developer of Kim Thanh industrial park.
