Tan Hung Co., Ltd. will be the investor of an industrial cluster project in Viet Hoa ward, Hai Phong city.
Tan Hung Co., Ltd. in Le Thanh Nghi ward will construct Viet Hoa western industrial cluster in Viet Hoa ward, Hai Phong city.
The cluster is planned to cover a total area of 599,413 km2, including 421,365 km2 of industrial land. Total investment in the project nears 731.4 billion VND, with approximately 146.3 billion VND in equity and the remainder from credit loans.
The company will carry out site leveling and construct internal roads, rainwater and wastewater drainage, a wastewater treatment station, power and water supply systems, fire hydrants, telecommunications infrastructure, environmental sanitation facilities, etc. to create clean land for attracting investors.
The project is expected to be completed and put into operation by 2029.
The construction of Viet Hoa western industrial cluster will help generate jobs, contribute to the local budget, and serve as a driving force for the socio-economic development of Viet Hoa ward and neighboring areas.
