Hoa Phat Group to invest nearly 3.4 trillion VND in building Hoang Dieu industrial park

Hoa Phat Group has recently received the investment approval decision for Hoang Dieu industrial park project, which will cover more than 245 ha in Gia Loc district, formerly part of Hai Duong province.

The project has a total investment of nearly 3.4 trillion VND and is expected to be implemented in 30 months.

According to the decision, the project will be developed by Hoang Dieu Industrial Park Infrastructure Development JSC., a subsidiary of Hoa Phat Group. It will span the former communes of Hoang Dieu, Gia Phuc, Hong Hung, and Gia Loc township in Hai Duong province. As of July 1, 2025, the entire project area falls within Gia Phuc commune, Hai Phong city.

The project aims to build and operate industrial park infrastructure, including the leasing of land, factories, warehouses, and offices. The park will prioritize attracting high-tech manufacturing enterprises and projects.

One of the park’s key advantages is its strategic location with multi-directional trade connectivity. It is adjacent to Ha Noi – Hai Phong expressway and near major national highways such as 5A, 37, and 38. From here, goods can be easily transported to Ha Noi, Bac Ninh, and Lang Son, as well as Hai Phong Port, Cat Bi Airport, and Noi Bai International Airport.
