The HH11 residential and commercial building project, located in the southern urban area of the former Hai Duong city, will include four 15-story mixed-use buildings, with about 1,250 apartments, and one commercial building.
The People's Committee of the former Hai Duong province has approved the investment policy and selected Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment JSC. as the investor of the HH11 residential and commercial building project in zone 2 of the southern urban area of the former Hai Duong city.
The project will be implemented on land lot HH11, covering nearly 37,300 m² in Gia Xuyen commune of the former Hai Duong city. It aims to build a residential area integrated with commercial services in line with the approved detailed plan, meeting the growing housing demand while contributing to local socio-economic development.
This large-scale project will feature four 15-story mixed-use apartment buildings (around 1,250 units), a one-story commercial building, and supporting technical infrastructure and services. The total investment is estimated at nearly 1,900 billion VND.
The project is scheduled for completion within 54 months and will operate until February 25, 2033. It is open to foreign organizations and individuals for home ownership in accordance with current regulations of Vietnam.
